WP / WC servers

WordPress and WooCommerce servers — configured for speed, sales and stability

A slow store, overloaded hosting and errors under higher traffic can cost more than the infrastructure itself. We configure servers for WordPress and WooCommerce so the site loads faster, the store runs more stably, and the owner has greater control over security, backups and performance.

We help you move WordPress or WooCommerce from average hosting to an environment prepared for real load: sales, ad campaigns, SEO and business growth.

  • OpenLiteSpeed + LiteSpeed Cache
  • PHP 8.x + MariaDB + Redis
  • SSL + HTTP/2 / HTTP/3
  • Daily backups + monitoring
  • Migration with a test before the switch
  • Configuration for real store traffic

Time for a better server if

  • your WooCommerce store loads slowly (categories, cart, checkout)
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns generate traffic, but the site cannot keep up
  • PageSpeed Insights shows poor results, especially on mobile
  • your hosting blocks resources or requires extra fees as traffic grows
  • the store slows down during promotions, Black Friday, newsletters or seasonal campaigns
  • updates to WordPress, WooCommerce and plugins cause errors
  • your backups are unclear, irregular or dependent on the hosting
  • you want more control over performance, security and scaling

What does a well-configured server give you?

Six concrete benefits — especially important for stores that genuinely work for sales and ad campaigns.

01

Faster page loading

OpenLiteSpeed + LiteSpeed Cache + Redis give a shorter TTFB and faster handling of categories, products, the cart and the admin panel. The user reaches the product and checkout sooner.

02

A more stable store under traffic

An environment prepared for real WooCommerce load. The store does not “choke” during promotions, mailings and ad campaigns.

03

A better foundation for SEO

Speed, stability and Core Web Vitals are the foundation of technical SEO. A shorter TTFB and fewer server errors are concrete signals for Google.

04

Greater control over the environment

The PHP version, the database, cache, Redis, limits, services — everything matched to the store, not imposed by mass hosting.

05

Real backups

Daily backups, retention, an off-site copy and a restore test. A backup should be insurance for your sales, not just a promise in the hosting panel.

06

Less technical stress

You know who is responsible for the configuration, monitoring and infrastructure development. Failures are detected early, not by your customers.

What exactly do we do?

Five areas of work — from the audit and hardware choice to migration and post-launch optimisation.

01

Analysis and choice of infrastructure

  • analysis of the current site or store
  • checking traffic, the number of products, plugins and integrations
  • a VPS / dedicated server recommendation
  • choosing the parameters: CPU, RAM, disk, location, backup
  • identifying the level of architecture (VPS / cluster)

Benefit: You buy with full awareness — for real traffic and sales, not “by guesswork”.

02

Server environment configuration

  • installing AlmaLinux / Debian
  • OpenLiteSpeed (or Nginx / Apache)
  • PHP 8.x for WordPress / WooCommerce
  • MariaDB / MySQL
  • Redis
  • SSL + HTTP/2 / HTTP/3
  • basic server hardening

Benefit: An environment ready for the store — not a “clean server” awaiting further configuration.

03

WordPress / WooCommerce optimisation

  • LiteSpeed Cache configuration
  • cache for the site, store, cart and customer panel
  • object cache (Redis)
  • optimisation of PHP parameters
  • analysis of resource-heavy elements
  • speeding up a slow WordPress panel
  • preparation for more stable order handling

Benefit: The store loads faster, the admin panel stops lagging, the cart and checkout work smoothly.

04

Security and business continuity

  • firewall
  • SSH hardening
  • brute-force protection
  • backup configuration
  • off-site backup (higher packages)
  • availability monitoring
  • alerts about problems
  • documentation of access and configuration

Benefit: A lower risk of outages, data loss and break-ins into the WordPress panel.

05

Migration and launch

  • migration of the site or store
  • testing how it works after migration
  • checking forms, the cart, payments and orders
  • limiting the risk of downtime in sales
  • support after launch
  • a migration window for larger stores

Benefit: The store moves to the new server without drama — with no lost orders.

What problems do we solve?

Five of the most common situations — from a slow store to unclear backups and weak technical SEO.

ProblemWhat we doEffect
A slow WooCommerce storeOpenLiteSpeed + LSCache + Redis + PHP / database tuning + plugin analysis.Faster loading of categories, products, the cart and the checkout. Better PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals.
Outages during promotions and higher trafficAn environment prepared for real load, monitoring, alerts, cache and control of bottlenecks. The store handles campaigns, Black Friday and newsletters without 500 errors.
No control over shared hostingMigration to a VPS with a dedicated PHP, database, cache and resource configuration. You can tune the environment for the specific store — without the rigid limits of hosting.
Unclear “in the hosting” backupsDaily incremental copies, retention, off-site backup, a restore test and a recovery procedure. In case of failure you know where the copies are and how long getting back to sales will take.
Poor technical SEO resultsA shorter TTFB, HTTPS, HTTP/2 or HTTP/3, cache, no frequent 500 errors.A stronger foundation for SEO, campaigns and conversion.

What exactly does the package include?

Thirteen deployment elements — each with a concrete responsibility and a benefit for the store.

How does the collaboration work?

Six stages — from analysing the site and choosing the server to migration, optimisation and optional ongoing care.

01

Analysis of the site or store

We check how the current WordPress or WooCommerce performs: traffic, hosting, plugins, the database, the number of products, integrations and performance problems.

02

Choosing the server

We recommend specific server parameters. We do not pick a VPS “by guesswork”, but to match the real needs of the project.

03

Configuring the environment

We configure the system, OpenLiteSpeed, PHP, the database, Redis, SSL, cache, security, backups and monitoring.

04

Migrating the site or store

We move WordPress or WooCommerce from the current hosting. After migration we check the site, the store, the forms, the cart and the payments.

05

Testing and optimisation

We monitor performance after launch and refine the configuration: PageSpeed, cache, database, application errors.

06

Care or handover of documentation

After deployment you can use our administrative care or receive documentation and manage the environment yourself.

WooCommerce needs more than “standard hosting”

WooCommerce handles products, variants, the cart, payments, orders, customer accounts, integrations, the search engine and the admin panel. Each of these elements puts load on the server. On cheap shared hosting the store competes for resources with other sites — under higher traffic this can lead to a drop in performance, a long TTFB, 500 errors and a slow checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Does every WordPress site need a VPS?
No. A simple company website with little traffic can run on good shared hosting. A VPS or a dedicated configuration makes sense once the site starts getting more traffic, performance problems, a WooCommerce store, ad campaigns or higher technical requirements.
Will moving the store cause downtime in sales?
We plan the migration to limit the risk of downtime. First we prepare the new environment, then we run tests, and only afterwards do we switch the domain. For larger stores we agree on a migration window — often at night.
Do you also configure WooCommerce?
Yes. Configuring the server alone is not enough. With WooCommerce you have to account for the cart, the checkout, user sessions, payments, products, variants and cache. That is why configuring a store differs from configuring an ordinary WordPress site.
Will I get access to the server?
Yes — after deployment we can hand over access and documentation. We can also continue to look after the server as part of monthly administration.
Can I start with a smaller server and expand it later?
Yes. In many cases it is worth starting with a sensible configuration and scaling the environment as traffic, sales and the number of products grow.
Do you help choose a VPS provider?
Yes. We can advise on the parameters and the server provider depending on your budget, location, technical requirements and the nature of the project.
What about PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals?
The server itself is the foundation — a fast TTFB response, HTTP/2 or HTTP/3, cache and Redis all help with the results. Full Core Web Vitals optimisation also covers the theme code, plugins, images and the front-end — this can be priced separately or as an add-on to the package.
How long does it take to migrate a store to a new server?
Most often 3–10 business days — depending on the size of the database, the number of products, the integrations and the required migration window. Before switching the domain we always test how things work on the new environment.

Want your store to run faster and not crash during promotions?

Briefly describe your store: the number of products, traffic, ad campaigns, your current hosting, known problems. We will check whether the server is really limiting sales — and which configuration will be best for you.

We can also take over the migration and ongoing administrative care of the new server if you do not want to handle it yourself.
