Quote + general plan
Based on the brief and the audit we prepare an initial plan of action matched to the type of project — SEO, an online store, a website, an advertising campaign or a graphic design project. We define what work will be needed, where it is worth starting and which scope best matches the company goals. We then estimate the timeline and costs, so that from the start you know what the quote covers. You receive a clear scope, a proposed deadline and a transparent offer with no hidden costs. We prepare the quote within 24 hours, and the decision to start the partnership stays with you.

Approval, contract and payment
After the quote is approved we formalise the partnership with a contract that precisely defines the scope of work, deadlines, milestones and settlement terms. You receive a document for electronic signing along with a confirmation of the final arrangements of the project. After the contract is signed we settle the agreed start fee or deposit in line with the payment schedule. Only with a paid project do we reserve the team resources and block the date in the delivery calendar.

Concept + detailed plan
After the contract is signed and the project is paid for we present a detailed concept — an SEO strategy, a store design, a website wireframe, a brand identity or a campaign direction. We discuss it in consultations, show the decisions and alternatives, and justify every recommendation. We make revisions in 2 rounds within the price until we reach a shared approval of the finished plan. Only with an approved concept and plan do we move on to the actual delivery.

Delivery
We deliver the project in line with the approved concept, the brief and the schedule. You get a dedicated project manager, a simple ticketing system and a weekly progress update. We work iteratively — we show results as we go, gather feedback and adjust the direction before anything goes wrong. We answer every question or ticket of yours within a maximum of 48 working hours — no disappearing and no surprises.

Final report

Are the source files my property?
Always. We hand over all source files within the project price. Full economic copyright is transferred to you.
